Paneer wrap


Ingredients: 

100 gms grated paneer
100 gms boiled French beans and carrots
1 cup chopped coriander
1 chopped onion
1 tsp jeera
Juice of one lemon
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
2 tsps oil
Fresh or leftover rotis

Method:  

1. Make four rotis from the whole wheat atta .
2. Grate the paneer and add all the ingredients to it except oil.
3. Sauté the paneer-veggies mix in oil and place it on the roti and roll it. Serve hot, with green chutney.

Tip: This can be turned into a Frankie. All you have to do is beat 2 eggs and apply a thin layer of egg to both sides of the roti. Cook the roti on a tawa with little oil for 2 mins or till the egg layer is cooked. Add the filling to the roti and serve hot
