Yogurt dip

My fault entirely that I have not posted anything for quite sometime now :-) Was caught up in a melee of work, visitors and what not. So here is a simple but tasty recipe for a nice summer evening to have with chips, pita bread or to use as a salad dressing.

Ingredients:
1 cup yogurt, plain
3 tbsp shredded Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp chopped fresh Basil
1 1/2 tbsp finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes
1/2 tsp garlic salt (is basically regular salt flavored with garlic. Can be found in supermarkets)
1/4 tsp sugar

Method:
1. Mix all ingredients well, cover and refrigerate for a couple of hours before serving. Makes a very good and mild dip and is versatile for use with a variety of dishes.
