Chocolate pots de cream

This is a very simple, easy to make and delicious dessert!

Ingredients:
Dark chocolate - 200 gms (unsweetened or semi sweet)
White chocolate - 200 gms ( unsweetened or semisweet)
Amuk cream - 400 ml
Milk - 200 ml
Sugar - 1/2 cups if choc is sweetened/semi sweet 1.5 cups if unsweetened
eggs - 4

Method
1. Melt the white and dark chocolates separately in a double broiler.
2. In a pan mix the milk and cream and heat till it almost boils, add sugar and mix till it melts.
3. Using a blender or food processor, finely blend, cream with eggs. Split this into two and add dark chocolate to one half and white to the other. Beat again till well blended.
4. Let cool. Pour into shot glasses or small cups and chill in the milk tray or freezer for about 3-4 hrs. Serve garnished with choc sprinkles or silver balls.
